EPAA is a non-profit low cost spay/neuter clinic for cats and dogs. We have a clinic Wilkes Barre, plus a spaymobile that travels through out northeast PA. We do not have a phone, all correspondence is by email.

Also theres the EPAA and if you go on to their website it will tell you where they will be. Its epaaonline.com i recommend emailing them over calling but if you need it done asap i recommend the vouchers.

Melissa N. replied:I too ended up taking in additional cats unexpectedly. Through the recommendations of others, I brought them to EPAA. For feral cats, they will spay/neuter for 30.00 but their ear will be clipped. If you don't want that, they do it for 60.00 and that includes a rabies and distemper shot. I have used them twice, and both times I was very happy with the job they did. They were very patient while I asked a million questions and both of my cats did just fine afterward.
