ISO meal service for my dad - he needs 3-5 healthy meals for dinner per week My mom died a few months ago and she did all the cooking for dad. My sister and I can't keep bringing him food and he needs to stop eating cereal for dinner. He is diabetic and needs a low salt/low potassium diet. Does anyone know of any meal service places that can pre-make a week of food according to his diet? We can pick up for him. He lives in Springfield.
edit: he is also disabled, so it's hard for him to stand up and cook in the kitchen, otherwise we would be making him learn :)
edit again: Thank you all for your advice and ideas. It's all been very helpful :)

So sorry for your loss, hopefully you can figure something out for your dad. Would this be a situation where you could maybe contact [Meals on Wheels](http://www.mowaa.org/)?
Does anyone know an organization that collects used clothing/household items and distributes them directly to families in need? I don't want to donate all of my used baby clothing to Goodwill knowing they turn around and sell it at a profit.
