  I googled places in Bakersfield and no luck so I tried Ridgecrest and I was only able to get a hold of one person cause of the time. Lucy's Party Rentals. Her # is (760) 793-3085. She said the fee to deliver around Weldon is $100 on top of whatever you rent. She's accepting calls until 830 ish.
