  Wondering if someone can help.....for the last 5 weeks I've had pain and nerve damage in my leg that gives me pins and needles and cramps and spasm attacks multiple times daily....I had a car accident that caused my leg to get pushed against the steering wheel and stuck a little....I've been off work and have tried to drive but the spasm attacks happen as and when and are painful causing me to stop driving....I want to get back to work but this is getting in the way and all the doctors do is give me painkillers that aren't helping the problem.....has this ever happened to anyone else and can you suggest somewhere else I can go please?

  www.marchphysiotherapy.co.uk lots of classes throughout the week all taken by chartered physiotherapists. Classes are limited to 6 to ensure everybody is monitored properly. Great to be taught by professionals who understand everybody's individual needs and requirements.
