  Anyone else having their roof replaced in country lane? No leaks, but we have had two companies advise it will need to be done in the next year to year and a half. House is eleven. So much for it being a twenty year roof.... I've had two quotes and I would like one more, any referrals? Thanks.

  Right number for abacus is 604-462-9009. Lara you are correct. Due to lack of venting the sub standard shingles used are failing at the 11-13 year mark for most of the area. More venting certainly helps!
