  you can use my site to search. www.pamelacivitillo.com Now for an acre of land with utilities is probably stumping them. You are probably going to have to drill a well and put a septic there. Also, you need to have power poles running past it already. You are not going to find that easily. Here is a hint 4 lots is one acre.
