  Hi, can I suggest you make a small paddock out of electric fencing for your laminitic one? You can strip graze him (making the paddock gradually bigger) and control his grass intake. This way you don't have the issue of stressing him out by being away from his friends and in a new home for a couple of months. There is some great advice online from the laminitis trust - http://www.laminitis.org/prevention.html. If you don't have electric fencing or a charger you can easily appeal for donations. Hope this helps!
