  Welcome to yorkshire mate, Unfortunately we are a bit low on races up here As mentioned you are right on the doorstep of yorkshire warrior on there is a 20% discount on our page, see below, Total warrior is not that far away from you in Leeds, and the major series by BMF use the same venue, TM also come to Leeds, A little further afield in Sheffield there is the sheffield man of steel, and a great OCR if you like hills in the form of endurer, and an hour away in Worksop is dash of the Titan Going north you have river rat race at Stockton, beach assault at Whitley bay In the lakes there is badass mucker, Gelt gladiator, total warrior These are all the closest within about an hour of Harrogate Hope that helps Regarding training, I can't help with that one except in yorkshire we have hills so use them, Here's the discount page with several of the above on http://www.muddyducks.net/discounts.html
