  The place I go to...David and Friends on Stapely and Baseline! The girl who cuts me hair is really sweet and does a great job. She gave me a coupon to give to new clients. But it's for a cut and style for $20. BUT if I refer you to her she might give you a deal on highlights and color too. Her name is Amanda.
