The team was enormous, and took care to assist in making the transition to our new house easier -- marking boxes the way I instructed them, placing them in the designated rooms in our new home (even when I wasn't there to instruct them), and even gonig to the trouble to make sure to pack milk dishes and utensils separate from meat and parve dishes. They worked long hours to get the job done, were friendly (as packers go) and good sports, even though we moved from the 3rd floor in the heat of summer. My one criticism, and the reason I gave them a 4 on integrity, is that we set a price beforehand based on the evaluation of 2 of Eliezer's staff members. Toward the end of the move, however, they began calling regularly to pressure us to pay more since they claimed that we had "more stuff than they anticipated, and it took far longer to move us than they thought it would." I had heard that this happened to friends of ours as well. Though I felt no obligation to pay more after signing a contract based on 2 appraisers, the repeated calls and pressure were very unpleasant.Was this review helpful to you?
