She has a lot of friends whom have just had weddings at semiahmoo and Woodinville wineries and the woodmark hotel. She is not looking for a golf course either.   Consider skagit county, its really not that far, and has some really amazing venues & wedding professionals check out the Skagit Wedding Society www.wedinskagit.com Also... lower sales tax rate which is always good! :)
