  Facebook friends, who can recommend a good (honest) attorney for a small civil matter including property damage? Alex was in a car accident, not his fault, several weeks ago and the other party didn't have liability insurance. The party at fault has offered $1,500, which is considerably less than our actual damages. I can't seem to find an attorney who wants to handle any issue unless there is a possibility for an enormous, outrageous windfall.
