  This may be a long shot... My father lost a house in the Gatlinburg fire. We had a contractor lined up, but they've proven to be a bad match for us. The footers are in... we have a plan drawn up but nothing else has been done. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations for a construction company that could take on a 1924 SqFt house reconstruction in Gatlinburg, without us having to wait 2 years or pay an absolute fortune... I'd love the help with getting in contact with someone. He wants it built as soon as possible. I know nothing about this stuff and I so desperately want to help my dad. Thanks!
