  Hi I am looking for a licensed contractor - only personal recommendations. Entire house renovations. Must be able to show previous work. I am a perfectionist and want to be sure it is done right and as best to agreed upon timeframe as possible. We had another smaller project and hired a contractor to do that and he knew that we had the house project eventually coming up. He totally messed up the smaller project putting in a sink that didn't quite fit in the kitchen and a couple of places the tiles were not put in flush. I would have thought that they would have been more careful with the job only because of he next job coming up but they weren't and now I am afraid to use them.
