  Any suggestions for someone who could sand and finish the wood floors in a small sunroom. Only 100 square feet. We used Armstrong for our first floor a few years ago, and they did a great job, but they have a $700 minimum. I'm not looking for perfection, so was only planning on spending a fraction of that.
