  Yes.... City of Columbus Public Health Family Dental Services 204 Parsons Ave Columbus, Ohio 43215 (614) 645-7487.... Basic dental services provided includes exams, x-rays, cleanings, filings, pulling teeth, some root canals and denture repairs. Fees are determined by a sliding fee scale. Medicaid and private insurance are accepted
