Does anyone have a recommendation as to where to buy open pollinated corn seed? The heirloom variety I grew last year had very small cobs, and only 2-3 per plant. TIA :)

I am new to SW Ontario - where can I get seeds? I've found Richter's etc but I'm looking for bulk, 100 seed packets won't do. Is there anywhere to get seeds like comfrey by the pound, kale by the bushel?

I typically buy my seeds through cottagegardener.com - Mary is super helpful in answering questions. I believe TSC had a sale on heat mats last week - could be extended to this week. Also, I grow my own veggies and flowers, happy to answer questions.
anyone know where one can buy vegetable seeds, preferably organic?
Joseph G. replied:
Rashel is right, we are selling Cottage Gardener seeds this year. We are not stocking their entire catalog, but you can see their varieties on line www.cottagegardener.com. For now we have a certain selection in stock - if you want to confirm that we'll have the veggies you need, you can email us (email@riverbell.ca) to check. Maybe we can stock up a few extras for you, too, if you need it. You can also give me a call at 226-881-1053 to discuss.
