  I am an agent as well. I recommend that NCReportCard.com this will give you the reviews of the local schools as well as checking out Cumberland, Harnett and Hoke county school systems. Any of you ladies know a realtor who could help them out. The one they have now seems to be too pushy. Also good neighborhoods in Southern Pines to live? TIA
