  I have a woman near Peoria/Decatur (Taylorville) who has 3 semi-feral cats she trapped and vetted and they need a place. She can't release where they were found (ACOs in area told her NO) and can't release at her own place (cat poisoners on block) and they need a working cat or barn situation. Any ideas? She's willing to drive far for a good situation....
