Can anyone recommend a local vet that won't charge an arm and a leg to fix up a stray cat? We have a cat on our property that's pretty busted up. We would like to take it to the vet, but really can't afford a $500 vet bill. Thanks in advance.

Very affordable....you can buy the shots at tractor supply and do them yourself as well.... Also pet supplies does shot clinics. You can look at pet guards also. http://www.petguards.com/joomla/
Just took this guy off the streets. Anyone have any suggestions for cheap shots and grooming? Just confirmed he has fleas, but they aren't out of control. Never owned a cat...

Yahoo! I've used Pet Guards in the Falls 330.922.4885 and Primary Pet Care in Stow 330.968.6570. He's so beautiful!!! So glad you took him in ;-)
I'm looking for a good affordable place to get my cat and her kittens fixed (and for their shots)! They're only 3 days old, I'm just trying to plan ahead.
