I have been bringing my family to Star Ranch Family Dental for years. Dr. Massey is dedicated to the well being of her patients, will take the time to answer questions. Dr. Massey is very knowledgeable, and I am beyond pleased with the excellent care my family and I receive while in her care. The staff is friendly and professional. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my dental needs.

I told them that their own web site states 24 hours, and I won't be paying any fees. I should also mention that the confirmation call the office made for my Wednesday appointment was on Monday. The first available chance I had to call would have been Tuesday, making it impossible to maintain a 48 hour cancellation. Alice is incredibly rude. She continually interrupts you as you are talking, and continually hangs up on you. I have tried to speak with Britny regarding the behavior of her staff, as well as to discuss my issue, but still have yet to speak with her. I do not know if she refuses to call back, or if she has not received any messages requesting a call to work this out.
