And do not even try to talk to the manager. She is one mean lady. In short, spare yourself the suffering and DO NOT hire this company.

All the windows are double glazed and are either permanently sealed shut or have a clip in screen and crank open to the outside like Andersen or Pella; not sure which they are. They're all sitting in wood frames. And the wood around one of these windows has totally rotted and disintegrated, on the "weather receiving" side of the house. All the others are still fine. Does anyone have advice for a company or workman that can provide the best, fastest, and most affordable repair? The window itself is still in perfect shape. Just the frame needs replacing.   The oldest place in town and they have a good reputation is Diamond Glass & Feiner’s Inc . They are just west of Stadium on W Liberty . I have not had to have any work done for years but I have had repairs done . http://www.diamondglassfeiners.com/ . Historically they have been around well over 100 years .
