  Le Zinc et les Autres, a French restaurant, Prinsengracht 999! We've been going there for ages, the personnel stays the same for years, the service is grand (once I had a gap of 1 year that I didn't go there and when I was back they knew exactly which wine I drank last time!), the food even more. They bake their own amazing bread! I was there for the first time on a business dinner too. You do need reservation in advance. http://www.lezinc.nl/
