The only part of our home affected was the room that my terminal mother and the hospice nurse were staying in. When I explained this, we were immediately reassured that someone would be out to fix our problem. Your company was very prompt, sincere, and respectful to our family during this very private time in our lives. Thank you so very much for restoring the power to my mother's room so quickly and compassionately.
