Howard G. asked:Ive recently dismissed an HVAC company from servicing our Home unit for incredibly bad customer service from their administration, and high service costs. Looking round, seems no companies are prepared to show costs on services. Most split the visits into two categories MAINTENANCE and SERVICE (ie repairs) and will only communicate initially by email. DOES ANYONE know an up-front reasonable HVAC Company who isn't after the big bucks for a little as possible, but more the "we do a good job at reasonable (to the consumer) prices depending on volume rather than the big "hits"?Anthi G. replied:I use North TX Heat and Air for the last 20 yrs!
