Might I have recourse to the greater knowledge and experience of Belgium represented in this group? Can someone recommend what for him or her was the most unexpected (in a good way!) Brussels restaurant_because of cuisine, decor, location, rapport with staff, whatever? (My pick, in case anybody is interested, is the family-run Malgache place, Madagasikara, in the rue de Flandre---really different and quite delicious!).
