Is there anywhere on the island or yulee that has pregnancy workout classes like yoga? Or is there any fit pregnant mom's that do anything to stay at a healthy weight? I'm 6 months pregnant and would like to try and stay at a healthy weight for the rest of this pregnancy with the right kind of exercise, but I'm unsure what is a healthy workout, and I know I can walk but it's not fun walking by yourself, so any pregnant mom's want to start if they have no classes? Thanks!
