  Hello! Still looking to buy in Amsterdam... My boss used a buying realtor just 7 months ago that charged 1,600 including tax + 5% of the difference of asking/paid price. The same realtor now wants to charge 2.500 + 7%. Considering my salary, that is a very significant difference to me. We were wondering if anyone could tell us what a reasonable price would be for a decent buying realtor for Amsterdam who also helps do some of the looking. Thanks!!
