  I met someone at our local Farmer's market on August 2012. I *think* his name is Steve, but I'm not sure. Anyway, he told me that he sells organic honey from his 35 hives. He even sells the 5-gallon buckets. Honey keep *forever* without losing any nutritional value (if it crystallizes, just heat it up and it is back to original). He is actually out of Mooresville, but if he still does the farmer's market, I'm sure he'd bring it there. He is Coddle Creek Country Bakery 704-402-8885. Let us know what you find.
