  I was wondering if anyone could offer me some advice. I have a really low lease on my flat. Less than 55years. I have no idea how to get it sorted other than contacting the freeholder. The freeholder is my upstairs neighbour so can easily sort that side of things but should I be doing everything officially and if so who do I need to go to for representation? Also, is there any way of converting Leasehold to freehold. If anyone has experienced this process before or is in the know I'd really appreciate any tips. Thanks.
