About us

Hi! My name is Heather.
I am originally a Southern California girl who found myself moving to the midwest after 29 years, becoming a wife, a mom to two amazing kiddos and doing what I love as a lifestyle photographer. I specialize in wedding, family, newborn and first year photos that are natural, timeless and unique. But to put it simply, I capture those special memories that will last a lifetime.
I am so blessed to get to do what I do. Because of you, I have been able to pursue a dream and my life has been enriched by the opportunity to share in so many milestones in your lives. Whether it is capturing a groom seeing his bride for the first time or celebrating the arrival of a new life or documenting the milestone of a first birthday. I do not take for granted getting to be a part of life’s greatest moments.
So as I continue to share these special moments with new and old clients, I want to say thank you. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your lives. Nat D. wrote: I was very excited to find a photographer 11 months ahead of my wedding day, I even received a special promo for $100 engagement session if I booked with her, so I went ahead and paid a $300 deposit. During the following several months, I barely received any communication from her after extensively trying to reach out (emails, phone calls, voicemails). I started trying to book engagement sessions with her on June, didn't hear back from her until 2 months later and we went well into October and still no engagement pictures. There is absolutely no way I would have someone as unreliable to shoot my wedding day and so please be advised to look past the price into more important aspects such as quality, professionalism, and courtesy.
