I found they were reasonably prompt in returning calls, mostly the places they showed us were relevant to what we were looking for (that would seem obvious, but not so much with the real estate agents around Raanana), and they were pleasant to deal with. I'd recommend giving them a call, but also consider working with multiple agents, as they don't always have the same listings.
