  Re: Montgomery/Waller/Grimes Wildfire In the light of extended evacuations, would there be value in trying to pull together a coordinated animal evacuation team, perhaps staging horse trailers etc. somewhere ready to go? So many people and organizations have been offering help but nothing has been coordinated as far as I know. Please correct me if I'm wrong and let me know who/what/where. If this is something people are willing to do, can we clear it with the relevant authorities and identify a staging area? It may be too late for this suggestion tonight but if anyone is interested a start could be made. Perhaps a large parking lot would be a suitable staging area - church? school? strip mall? Any thoughts from anyone? Will cross-post this and see what I hear.
