  I do Joe at Northwest Appliance - he's in Huntley, thorough and cheap plus can give advice over phone and won't waste your time & money. I have had him for years but had to get new machines in 2011. Very reliable too and I have recommended him to friends around here and they liked him a lot! Kids go to Huntley schools too. 847/669-3212
