  OK - I confess. I am the lowest of low tech humans. Not even a cell phone. (OK to laugh)! ISO refurbished computer (laptop) with Windows 7. Willing to pursue other options, but Do Not want to go to Best Buy, etc. Are there any small businesses in or near Bay who could hook me up? My computer is near its passing. A new computer is a possibility. Disabled, so must be on the low end of the price scale. Thanks!
