  Dr. Leroy Howell 1(405) 872-9063 10400 Sunset Rdg, Noble Oklahoma. Hands down the best and cheapest vet I've ever had! Great guy, will even come to your house in the middle of the night if it is an emergency. He is a horse vet by trade, but does work with all animals.
