  PLEASE HELP! My first time looking to rent in my life and am having a TERRIBLE time. We are looking for a 4BR 3 BA, rent $1100-$1300 in the general area of 34608/34609. Want to move by June 1st and can't get a realtor on the phone who isn't a quack!! I don't know the area well and don't want to move my family into the hood, or high drug spot. Anyone know a realtor that LIKES to help people find a house?

  I will keep a look out. You would think with all the empty houses in Citrus County rentals would be everywhere. Had two property management companies tell me they are hurting for properties. We need more cash investors here so you and I can work! Have you tried Harvey Gerber? Beverly Hills Houses I think is the name of the company...that is his area and he have a ton of rentals there
