  Can anyone recommend an experienced freelance editor, especially one who has worked on Fantasy novels? A friend of mine has just completed his first novel and he came to me for suggestions and questions about the going rates for such services...and I'm coming to you. His novel is 92K and he was considering using CreateSpace's editing services, but it would have run him close to $3K and I thought that was insanely high. Am I right in that assumption?
