Thanks for the add.
I'm in the process of completely gutting and rebuilding my 35 ft 1983 trailer. The rebuilding process will also include a new roof and replacing the floor as well as doubling up the R-value of the insulation.
Part of the project (which is why I joined this group) is to eventually equip the trailer with solar power so I don't have to worry about electrical hookups when I'm on the road with it.
I am a cabinetmaker and carpenter by trade as well as having taken civil engineering so I am comfortable with doing most of the work myself. But I have to admit that electrical work has never been something I have to much experience in - and solar power knowledge is even less.
Where would be a good place to start to get good solid information on where to start planning and design a whole knew electrical system for my trailer? I'm starting with nothing in the trailer all existing wiring I pulled out because it was in really rough shape so I'm starting from scratch.
Any advice and resources would be greatly appreciated.
