  I purchased the N-P Trail book and it seems to have all the information needed except ideas on how to manage only 1 car on an end to end hike. Is there a service to either shuttle my car to Lake Placid or us back to Northville? Also the book mentions parking your car at the Shepard home for a fee but no mention of how to contact or the amount of the fee.
