  If it's the BCM it'll need replaced and reprogrammed... since its an 02 it may not need a GM tech 2 scanner, but I know for sure Starling Chevy/Cadillac can fix it and fix it right. I used to be an advisor there, the service people are great there. Call Roger in service 3867342661, he can arrange to have it towed there, properly diagnosed and fixed. Request Sal as the technician to work on your vehicle.
