  Taxi services use drivers who make their own rules, but we've found Advance Cars most helpful with this (020 8509 9999), and also MBA cars (020 8520 9090). Sadly, it's a while (1 year, 2 months and 21 days) since we needed such services, so if your experience is different, let us know.
