  Hi everyone, we will be putting our house up for sale in the next little bit. We are looking to have some realtors come in and give us their professional opinion on what we should list it at what they will do for the quick sale and what they will do for their pay. ie: advertising, big signage, local papers...We have had good realtors and we have had a bad realtor. We are looking for some one that is good at what they do, eager to make some money and willing to negotiate, listen and work hard.
