  I highly recommend Darrin Lakes of Lakes Construction. He remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, put in built ins, ceiling fans, replaced doors and put in tile flooring and completely finished our basement! Excellent service, craftsmanship and pricing and very flexible in scheduling. Also, Darrin was extremely trustworthy to leave in the house while we were gone! That was a plus!

  I'm a remodeling company that does this but just wanted to remind everyone make sure you or they don't power wash your window glass. It can cause seal failure on your glass and you will get the foggy hazy windows. Lakesconstruction.com

  We have an intermittent problem with water somehow getting from an upstairs bath/shower to our living room ceiling. There is no obvious explanation for the phenomenon and several people (including our plumber) who've looked at it are perplexed as well. It seems likely that the living room ceiling is going to have to be opened up to facilitate identification and repair of the problem. Looking for recommendations for someone with appropriate expertise who does quality work that doesn't 'break the bank'. Many thanks!
