  Jeff Gully beside Cedar Bay Baptist Church on Main Street... Leslie Sauve Forhan is his office manager - phenomenal people. Jeff is awesome - and if anything is outside his areas of expertise, he utilizes a great network of specialty dentists so that you have the best of the best working to treat each situation. 904-757-1555
