You can purchase items directly. Send us a message for a custom invoice via paypal. Payment can be made through PayPal.

If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still checkout with your credit card!
All items must be paid in full before the product is shipped unless stated otherwise.
All items shipped are typically shipped Standard Post via Canada Post for domestic buyers & international for international buyers. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please be aware that packages can take several weeks to arrive (and longer in certain countries). The Canada Post does not provide tracking for certain countries; if tracking is provided, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Buyer is responsible for all custom fees and other taxes.
If you would like something shipped with a different carrier- just let me know and I'll get you an estimate for shipping. If you would like to add Insurance, please convo me prior to purchase so that I can set up extra payment for the insurance.
Cancelled orders are case-by-case basis and are subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover material costs once materials have been purchased (typically 1 week from order placed date) * if production has not yet been started on the order.
**Please state if you are needing rush delivery on any items (additional charge for rush shipping and priority shipped will be charged).
*** Please note our company is not responsible for returned, lost, or... show more stolen packages. If your package is returned due to "non deliverable", "not at this address", or because you failed to pick your delivery up, an additional shipping charge will need to be paid before resending. We provide tracking information with each package shipped, and once the package is shipped it is in the hands of Canada Post. If your package is returned and you choose not to resend, I will only refund the price of the item (may be subject to restocking fee).

All products are defined in the listing including a list of materials used in the creation of each product. Please be sure to review this information when purchasing a listing.
In the event that your order arrives damaged please contact me immediately upon receipt of the damaged item along with an image(s) of the damaged item and packaging for insurance claims.
If you have more specific questions about refunds please contact me.

If you need shipped to an address other than what is listed, just email me the address and I will update for you. I can invoice you directly for any additional postage.
