I asked a friend who makes many cakes every Christmas and throughout the year, but she will be away during the week leading up to the date I need the cake for. I know I can get one from Asda, but I wondered if anyone can recommend someone who can do very special icing to personalise the cake, as well as a very tasty sponge?
