About us
Hi my name is Dina Crenshaw and I am the owner of Bow Making Mommy, I Started this business because of my little girl Rylie Crenshaw being born with a unknown heart Defect called
HLHS (Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome- the left Ventricle of her heart never Developed in the womb) this is one of many types of Congenial Heart Defects so many kids can be born with. Since Rylie has been born she has under gone 2 open heart surgeries and one stomach surgery because she wouldn't eat. Which caused me to stay in the hospital and the Ronald McDonald house for about 6 months, During that 6 months I had to make a choice to be a stay at home mom for Rylie which meant staying by her side for an unknown amount of time or return to work and leave my little girl at the hospital with out any family of course I chose to stay with her... since then I have found that Rylies condition makes
it hard for me to return to work therefore I learned how to make bows and little boutique items for me to sale on my Facebook page. With the new year My family and I decided that Every item I sale I would give back 10% to the heart community in order to help other mom's like me that can't work and have to be home with there kids. I am constantly
adding new items to my page and try to keep every thing affordable and high Quality for Families that want their little girls to live like a princess with out spending a lot of Money!
