  My Doc is great (if U don't mind a male)- DR. WILLIAM J. BOLLHOFER DO- 1350 DEER PARK AVE, NORTH BABYLON 631-422-3200. It sounds far but really only 15 Minutes -at intersection of Commack Rd and Deer Park Ave. I know he takes GHI.
