  so I'm desperate need of information on vets or place to go that will look at a dog with no payment or place that will do payments I don't have any money at the moment and my dog won't eat or drink and is crying ever time I touch his ear throat and stomach and is just not acting like him self in anyway.. the vets only want money they won't even see him and it's after hours..
